2.2 TikTok Data

When you connect your TikTok account to Creator Intel via TikTok's official API, we collect and store:

• TikTok username and user ID
• TikTok access tokens (encrypted)
• Video performance metrics (views, likes, comments, shares, saves)
• Video metadata (captions, titles, cover images, URLs, posting dates)

Important: We only access public data that you have already shared on TikTok. We do not access private messages, drafts, or any content you have not published publicly.

2.3 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. We receive from Stripe:

• Payment confirmation status
• Subscription status
• Stripe customer ID (for managing your subscription)

2.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use Creator Intel:

You can access your TikTok data at any time through the Creator Intel dashboard and export it in JSON format.

7.2 Correction

7.3 Deletion

You can delete your Creator Intel account at any time through the Settings page. This will permanently delete all your data from our systems.

7.4 Disconnect TikTok

You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time through the Settings page. This will delete all synced TikTok data from Creator Intel while preserving your Creator Intel account.

7.5 Marketing Communications

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

• Updating your Communication Preferences in the Settings page
• Clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email we send you

Note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we will still send you essential service-related emails (such as subscription confirmations, password resets, and important account updates).

7.6 Revoke TikTok Authorization

You can revoke Creator Intel's access to your TikTok account directly through TikTok's settings at any time.

8. Cookies and Tracking

Creator Intel uses cookies and similar technologies to provide and improve our service:
